The village that never sleeps

Åre is the place for any adventure, such as down-hill, kayaking, trail-running, skiing and hiking as well as paragliding. We take off from 1400 m and soar over the beautiful landscape of county Jämtland, in the winter time we land on the frosen lake and in the summer just next to the lake below the mountain of Åreskutan.

In Åre we also provide courses in paragliding - everything from ground course to tandem instructor courses as well as speed flying - if you are more of a dare devil.
